How exactly do birthday party packages work?

The great part of Elementary Innovator Birthday Packages is we travel to you and bring the fun! Birthday parties can be held at your home, a park, or other rental venue. We bring the instruction, setup and cleanup, materials, and excitment! Each package has different activities based on themes, and every party allows each participant to make and take home their creations. Many families choose to have Elementary Innovators come for 90-minutes of activities and immediately follow with food/dessert/gifts, while we clean up and pack up our mess.



Where do you travel?

We will travel anywhere in Seattle city limits. Additional fees may apply for travel outside of this area. Third party rental facilites may be available. Contact us for details/availability/rates.



Can I add additional kids or activities to my package?

Yes! To add additional children, a $15/child fee applies and advanced notice is required. Additional activities and time can be accommodated. Please inquire about more detials.



How much do parties cost?

Party Packages start at $295, with additional options incuding customized themes, additional participants, extra activities, travel outside of city limits, and rental facilities if you prefer to have the party outside of your own home.



What age is best?

Parties are designed for elementary age kids (5-12 years). It works best when all participants are within a 2-year age span. 1:1 Parent/caregiver help will be required for kids younger than 5.



What do I need to provide at my location?

All you need is an open space for creating and play! This often looks like a living room or playroom floor, a large dining table (where crafting and science is welcome), a backyard, or picnic tables at the neighborhood park. Tables and access to a sink with running water are highly recommended for slime and glow parties. Please let us know in advance if access to these are not available. We can provide tables at no extra charge with advanced notice. Additionally, access to outdoor space is required for flight parties. The details of your set-up will be discussed prior to the party to ensure the best experience possible!



My party doesn't fit any of these themes...Can you provide something unique?

Absolutely! We'd love to create the perfect activities for your party theme. Customized packages can be arranged for an additonal fee. Previously designed custom parties include Hawaiian Underwater Adventures with rubberband boats and glowing bioluminescent jellyfish and Seahawks with PVC kinetic powered kickers and geometric paper footballs.



Do adults need to be present for the party?

At least one adult needs to be on site for the duration of the party. 1:1 adult/child ratio will be required for any participant under the age of 5. Additionally, a signed waiver will need to be provided before the start of the party for each participant. Waivers will be sent electronically before the date of your party and additional hard copies will be provided the day of the event.
